CNC/CAD technology 

All of our boards are produced using the latest in CAD/CNC technology. With our 4-axis KMS3200 CNC machine and more than 10 years of experience we are able to accurately translate our broad database of proven rocker lines, outlines and rail shapes from our CAD programme into a board of your dreams.

 

Behind each of our boards there is a row of prototypes, tested by our professional riders, promotors and, naturally, ourselves. We test our boards in a vast range of different conditions, from Adriatic onshore stuff to Canary Islands and North European hot spots, and finally, to side/side-off shore heaven in places like Oman, South Africa, Mauritius and Maui.

The FLIKKA heart 

Construction is the soul of every board. No matter how attractive, colourful or appealingly curved the latter might be, out there in the rough it's always the heart that counts.

 

»Baking« our FLIKKAboards we only use the best »yeast«: different high-quality artificial fibres (glass, carbon, dyneema) and synthetic resins, certified for use in aviation and space industries. At the same time, we put great care into preparing a well-balanced »dough«: we're keen on testing new materials (technora, H-glass, textreme) and technologies, nevertheless not letting short-lived fads influence our choice of well-proven solutions.
